My name is Mike Court, and I'm the owner of Brimley's Chem-Dry. We started this business back in 1995 because we wanted to create a company we'd feel good about calling our own. One that showed up on time, did honest work, and treated people right.
When I took over, I made sure we kept that same commitment. We've grown from a small family operation to serving homes and businesses throughout the entire area. But we've never forgotten what got us here: taking care of our neighbors.

How Our Cleaning Process Works
Our cleaning process combines a carbonated cleaning solution with extraction equipment to lift and remove dirt from carpet fibers.
As a Chem-Dry franchise, we use Hot Carbonating Extraction. Our team can explain the process and discuss the cleaning needs of your carpets and upholstery before service.
Your Carpets Dry Fast
The process used by Chem-Dry uses about 80% less water than typical steam cleaning. Carpets typically dry in 1–2 hours; drying time varies with humidity, airflow, carpet type, and the cleaning required.
It Reduces Non-Living Allergens
Hot Carbonating Extraction has been tested by an independent lab and shown to reduce non-living allergens* — such as dust mite matter and pet dander — from carpets and upholstery.
No Harsh Chemicals
